Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Before sending anything back, email havefun@precisionprints3d.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not mail your item until we approve the return and provide instructions and the correct return destination. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for preference or change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If we verify that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Precision Prints will provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return as appropriate.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact havefun@precisionprints3d.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products are 3D printed and hand-finished. Minor variations in color, layer lines, or surface finish are normal characteristics of the process and are not necessarily defects.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns of custom or personalized products, gift cards, final-sale items, or items used, altered, or damaged after delivery. This does not limit remedies for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. After an approved return, place a separate order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If you have not received an approved refund after 15 business days, contact havefun@precisionprints3d.com.

CANCELLATIONS

To request a cancellation, email havefun@precisionprints3d.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled after production begins. If an order has shipped, this return policy applies.
